ST. Xavier’s University Kolkata Recruitment 2024 Recruitment 2024 Post Details
Xavier Law School
(1) Assistant Professor (Law)
- Eligibility: (i) Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent +2 and UG level
(ii) Ph.D. in the subject - Pay: ₹ 57,700 + allowances.
(2) Contractual Faculty (Law)
- Eligibility: (i) Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent +2 and UG level
(ii) NET or SET (WB) or Ph.D. in the subject - Pay: ₹ 55,000/-
Xavier Business School
(1) Assistant Professor (Management – Business Analytics)
- Eligibility: (i) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and MBA/PGDM* with First Class or equivalent +2 and bachelor’s level.
(ii) PhD in the relevant field
(iv) Experience: 02 Years of full-time experience - Pay: ₹ 57,700 + allowances.
Faculty of Commerce & Management
(1) Professor (Commerce)
- Subject: Commerce
- Eligibility: (i) Master’s Degree in Commerce with minimum 55% marks or equivalent and minimum 50% marks or equivalent in UG level
(ii) Ph.D. in the subject
(iii) Minimum 10 Publications in Peer-Reviewed or UGC listed Journals
(iv) Experience: 10 Years in subject teaching or equivalent experience - Pay: ₹1,44,200 + allowances.
(2) Associate Professor (Commerce)
- Eligibility: (i) Master’s Degree in Commerce with minimum 55% marks or equivalent and minimum 50% marks or equivalent in UG level
(ii) Ph.D. in the subject
(iii) Minimum 7 Publications in Peer-Reviewed or UGC listed Journals
(iv) Experience: 08 Years in subject teaching or equivalent experience
(v) Successfully guiding PhD/M.Phil. Scholars are highly desirable. - Pay: ₹1,31,400 + allowances.
Faculty of Arts & Social Studies
(1) Associate Professor (English)
- Eligibility: (i) Master’s Degree in the Subject with minimum 55% marks or equivalent and minimum 50% marks or equivalent in UG level
(ii) Ph.D. in the subject
(iii) Minimum 7 Publications in Peer-Reviewed or UGC listed Journals
(iv) Experience: 08 Years of full-time experience in subject teaching or equivalent experience

Interviews for shortlisted candidates for Xavier Law School will be held on 17th December 2024. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email on or before 12th December 2024 and selected candidates will be required to join on or before 20th January 2025.
